TERPENE OF THE MONTH: #Pinene is an organic compound of the terpene class, and found in many cannabis strains you consume!
There are two types of pinene, alpha & beta. If you smell or taste a hint of pine needles and/or rosemary, then you are most likely enjoying the perks of a-Pinene. It is much more than just an aroma, the medicinal benefits include memory retention, alertness and anxiety relief. It is also known to help with inflammation, asthma relief and can even assist with anti-epileptic effects.
